How much does it cost to join?
Joining Movnex® as a partner is completely free. You only pay a commission when a customer confirms their visit via QR scan.
Who are Movnex® users?
Movnex® users are active city residents and tourists in Tbilisi who use the app to plan routes and discover local venues. They are motivated to visit your place because they earn cashback points redeemable for transport.
How is the commission calculated?
The commission ranges from 10–30% of the bill (depending on the business category).
Part of this commission is credited to the customer as cashback (points), while the remaining part is used by Movnex to attract new customers, for marketing, and to grow the platform.
How does visit confirmation work?
When a customer arrives, they show a QR code from the Movnex® app. Your staff scans it via the Movnex® Telegram Mini App, enters the bill amount, and confirms the visit. The cashback is credited automatically.
How can users spend their cashback?
Users receive cashback in Movnex® points credited to their electronic wallet in the mobile app. One Movnex® point equals 1 GEL; however, these points are not real money and can only be spent within the Movnex® ecosystem.
At the launch of the app, users will be able to spend Movnex® points on taxi rides and services provided by partner venues.
By offering cashback, we increase user loyalty and retention: with additional value available in their wallet, users are more likely to return to your venue again.
How do taxi rides work within the Movnex® ecosystem?
Movnex® operates its own taxi fleet and uses it to bring customers directly to your venue. Drivers can be paid both with real money and with Movnex® points. This means that even if a customer chooses to use their points only to pay for a taxi ride, the trip still serves the main goal: encouraging them to visit your venue again.
Can I pause or change my offer?
Yes. You can update your cashback rate, temporarily pause your listing, or edit your venue details anytime from your partner dashboard.
